Last September 25, @AQUAPLUS_JP announced that the Utawarerumono trilogy will become available on the Nintendo Switch this January 30, 2025!

An English version has yet to be announced.

(Very late news, but) LUNARiA -Virtualized Moonchild- is out on Steam in full HD resolution! In fact, it released back in August.

It features touch gestures that can also be used if you're playing on a tablet PC or a Steam Deck.
