Idea Factory released two Neptunia apps for iOS or Android called Kami Jigen Appli Neptunia. It says on the website you can touch the character and it will move and speak at you. It says different things depending on what time you press on her. Builds up favour every time you play with it more. Also works as an alarm clock. hey you can use Market Enabler to access items from different regions. I think. It’s worked for me before, not sure about payment cause I ‘bought’ a free item.

too bad it wont work on my android T_T, region locked even if i forced download with *.apk T_T
also tried that market enabler it wont work, and it only use Germany as a region not other regions T_T
btw….. if you want market enabler to somehow to work, you need to root the phone T_T too bad that program only have 1 region….
