2010 lolicon-tentacle rape game ‘Sora o Aogite Kumo Takaku’ [VNDB.org] gets port to PSP but without the tentacle porn… which either makes this now-bearable, or completely unplayable depending on tastes. This is actually a visual novel + 2d action rpg. Basically you raise loli-dragons and depending on how you raise them, their personality and stats changes. In the PSP version they added new scenes, 30 new CGs and the 2d sprites in battles have been reworked. There’s a sequel as well on the PC called ‘Toki o Kanaderu Waltz’.

I’ve been playing this game. Classifying it as a “lolicon tentacle-rape game” isn’t quite correct. I’m about halfway through (past the point where she “grows up”) and haven’t seen a single rape scene involving the main heroine. I haven’t seen a single tentacle scene either, despite having viewed about 1/3 of the H-scenes.
The battles are decent, but the story is fairly lacking, as with most Studio Ego / Debo no su titles. Character interactions are shallow, and the plot isn’t particularly interesting.
