On January 25th, following the 2019 HD release of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy and the spin-off game The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles, CAPCOM released Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy, an HD bundle of the three games in the Ace Attorney series that feature its namesake Apollo Justice. As with the previous ports, this trilogy is available on the PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and on PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store.
Apollo Justice: What’s New?
Originally released for the Nintendo DS and Nintendo 3DS, Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy covers the fourth, fifth, and sixth entries to the series. These take place seven years after the original trilogy and follow the titular fledgling defense attorney as well as several other mainstays of the series.
Alongside updated HD graphics, this release includes an “Orchestra Hall” that features the full soundtrack of all three titles. It also adds several orchestral arrangements that you can listen to while chibi versions of the characters perform. The trilogy includes an art library containing all sorts of materials old and new alike as well.
Finally, the trilogy will feature an “Animation Studio,” which is a much more optimized version of the popular objection.lol. This mode allows you to create your own courtroom scenes in the Phoenix Wright universe.
The game comes with the bonus episodes and costumes from Phoenix Wright: Dual Destinies and Phoenix Wright: Spirit of Justice.
