STORY
Talk about waking up on the wrong side of the bed! Our hero, Koga Nao, finds himself in a classic “morning after” scenario with a girl he barely knows.
“You’re gonna own up to this… so… you’d better date me, got it?” demands Toiro Kirame, the girl he met at a mixer. Koga’s pretty sure he was just playing Good Samaritan, but she’s convinced they hooked up, and before he knows it, he’s being strong-armed into “taking responsibility.”
As if that wasn’t enough, his long-time crush, Nobuta Yua, picks this moment to drop a bombshell: “I’ve decided to grace you with my presence as your girlfriend! Aren’t you over the moon, Koga?”
Talk about being stuck between a rock and a hard place! After pining for Yua for ages, Koga can’t exactly say no now, can he? And just like that, our protagonist makes his grand debut as an accidental two-timing scumbag.
Now he’s juggling two girlfriends, watching his web of lies grow more tangled by the day. As he racks his brain for a way out, the relationships around him twist and turn. To make matters worse, folks around his girlfriends are getting suspicious, and the walls are closing in.
Will he sink deeper into this bottomless love swamp that’s way beyond simple two-timing? Or can he somehow pull off a miracle and find a happy ending where nobody gets hurt?
Buckle up for a wild ride! This roller-coaster romantic comedy – packed with heart-racing thrills and stomach-churning suspense – proves that sometimes love is a battlefield, and Koga’s fighting a war on two fronts!

CHARACTERS
Koga Nao
“Please, whatever you do, don’t fall for a guy like me.”
Nao’s got a quirky personality and marches to the beat of his own drum. Chronic insomnia often leaves him with dark circles under his eyes and a perpetually sleepy look.
Thanks to a misunderstanding with Kirame, he ends up in a situation that looks suspiciously like a one-night stand. To make matters worse, his long-time crush, Yua, suddenly decides to respond to his confession, which he had left hanging for ages. Just like that, he’s slapped with the title of a two-timing scoundrel.
Nao tries to roll with the punches, figuring what’s done is done, but he has absolutely no idea what to do next.
Mikoshiba Rui
VA: Natsumine Iroha
“In fact, I’ll even go so fas as to lend my support in your two-timing efforts.”
Hobbies/Interest: Anime, cosplay
Rui is a closet otaku. On social media, she’s a pretty famous cosplayer.
She’s a hardcore, deep-dive otaku, so she puts on a facade at university. Lately, she’s been craving some otaku friends.
For reasons unknown, she’s fixated on Yua and is the only one who knows that the protagonist is two-timing Yua and Kirame.
Her high-pressure speaking style and strong-willed nature make it difficult to get close to her. But despite her tough exterior, she’s pretty accommodating, often assisting others while sighing or grumbling. Deep down, she’s a really good person.
Nobuta Yua
VA: Haruno Iroha
“What that means is, I’m never going to get seious about you.”
Hobbies/Interest: Others’ Love Story
Yua is the total package – brains, beauty, and a dazzling personality that makes everyone green with envy. She’s the ultimate high-maintenance queen, the kind of girl who’s always just out of reach.
She never lets her guard down easily, and her confident, all-knowing gaze can make you feel like she’s got you all figured out.
At this point, Yua feels less like a heroine and more like the final boss in a video game.
Still – she’s got a mischievous streak and loves to mess with people. Every now and then, she’ll let her playful side show… if you’re lucky enough to catch it.
“Who the hell are you to tell me what to do?! You brought me to a hotel after I got drunk and took advantage of me!”
Hobbies/Interest: Takoyaki
Raised abroad for most of her life, Kirame is a half-Japanese girl who landed in Japan for her studies. Her favorite food? Takoyaki, hands down.
Kirame usually plays the part of the demure damsel, but she’s a bundle of sensitivity and expressiveness – often blurting out “Hwa!?” in surprise or bawling “Bueee~” when she’s upset. It’s such an emotional rollercoaster.
After a tipsy night, she mistakenly believes she had a one-night stand with Nao, who was just trying to be a good Samaritan. Now, she’s decided the protagonist needs to step up and take responsibility.
Kirame is pretty shy and struggles to make friends, even though she craves them. Her roommate, Layla, is her only close friend.
Despite her shyness, Kirame has a heart of gold and a knack for understanding others’ feelings. But her Achilles’ heel? She’s a pushover and easily swayed by others.
“Actually, I’m fine with the way things are.”
Hobbies/Interest: Cats, meat
Umino Miyako has a personality like a street-smart alley cat. Usually, she’s as aloof as they come, both in words and deeds. But just when you least expect it, she’s cozying up to you—talk about a fickle feline!
Don’t let Miyako’s cool cucumber act fool you. Behind that calm facade, she’s quite the social butterfly, juggling a surprisingly packed calendar and a friend circle that’s way more extensive than you’d expect. Talk about still waters running deep!
Miyako is head over heels for the ocean. She’s always itching to swing by the beach after class or spend her days off just staring at the waves, lost in thought.
Miyako and our protagonist go way back, and they’re thick as thieves. Their closeness often leads people to jump to conclusions, thinking they’re an item. But for these two? They don’t see each other that way.
